While digging to pour concrete footings between the garage and NE corner of the house, an iron sewer pipe was exposed with a rubber sleeve and steel band connecting to the PVC pipe that leads to the sewer line off the property
? Is it advisable to bury this combination under gravel and build up the mudroom without having some access to the pipe?
? Should this iron pipe underground be replaced with PVC in all the underground portions and have an access crawl space?

The garage now has the "masts" installed and wiring for the solar panels that will FINALLY be installed and power the garage through batteries and a commercial inverter currently sitting in a storage bin outside the house!
